Luke 17:3-5 KJV
Take head to yourselves; if thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. And the apostale said unto the Lord, increase our faith.

Seven times a day. How much is that really? Let's do the math, that's 49 times a week, 196 times a month, over 2352 times a year. So unless someone has literally hurt you that many time according to the Word we have no right not to forgive them. NO MATTER WHAT. think about it, our example Jesus Christ for gave the very people that torchered him and put him to death as they did it. So what reason have we.
How we know when we have truly forgiven someone is when the situation can be freely in our minds without ill feelings and bad comments. Only with the help of the Holy Spirit can we get there or even have the capabilities to attempt to defeat such.
Forgive- excessively and completely let go or release. This has to purposely be done and not lead by emotions. Are we ignoring calls, avoiding anyone, or just out right nasty towards. If so fix it today and do not wait. For with unforgiveness comes an eternal address none of us intend to go to. Read Revelations 21:8. Forgive for you, your health, your life!
